Polyurethane flexible injection resin for temporary waterstopping
Two components low viscous polyurethane injection system uses to stop water flow temporarily. System consists Component A is Resin and Component B is Hardener. Both the components viscosity is lower, reacted polymer is flexible, foaming structure at presence of water. System work well from the range summer to winter. Injected two components react with plenty of water yields low dense foam to arresting the water flow.
Properties:
Resin and Hardener are low viscous system, easy to handle in injection machine at climatic conditions between 10 °C to 45 °C. Foaming reaction takes place at presence of water only. Free foaming expansion approx. >30 times based on water intake. Reaction speed can be adjustable according to climatic condition. Both resin and hardener packed according to mixing ratio.
KANZ strongly endorses CRES®INJECT PUF - 2K to be used only by trained and experience professionals. CRES®INJECT PUF - 2K is used to stop the water flow in the concrete cracks and water seeping due to either ground water pressure or water storage pressure. CRES®INJECT PUF - 2K reacting with water and stop the water flow with foam elastic properties. CRES®INJECT PUF - 2K temporarily stopping water flow instructions in crack, joint and cavities in concrete, masonry and special applications such as micro-tunneling. CRES®INJECT PUF-2K must be injected in order to achieve temporary water stopping then must be injected.

How to Use:
STEP 1: Mix 1:1 by volume ratio of component A and B.
STEP 2: The packing size is supplied accordingly to the required mixing ratio of 1:1 parts by volume.
STEP 3: Both A & B cans transfer into mixing vessel until both cans are empty and start mixing the container slowly & thoroughly for at least 3-5 minutes with rpm range 300 -500 until homogeneous.
STEP 4: After mixing pour the material into the pump’s feed container.
STEP 5: Mix thoroughly and apply before the pot life of the system.
STEP 6: Use the injection pumps suitable for single part Injection products.
