CRES®INJECT PUR-2K
Elastic PUR-Injection resin for permanent watertight sealing
It is a very low viscous, elastic and solvent-free polyurethane injection resin. In contact with water, a uniform, closed and therefore watertight pore structure forms, which is elastic and flexible. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.
Properties:
- No shrinkage in subsequent dry conditions Due to its low viscosity it can penetrate into cracks > 0.2 mm in width.
- Permanently elastic, can absorb limited movements.
- Cured CRES®INJECT PUR-2K is inert and chemically resistant.
- Solvent-free In cold temperatures (< +10°C) CRES®INJECT PUR-2K.
- can be accelerated using CRES®INJECT system.
Uses:
- CRES®INJECT PUR-2K is used for permanent water tight sealing with some flexibility to absorb limited movement, in dry, damp or water-bearing cracks and joints in concrete, brickwork and natural stone.
- It can be used for the injection of the CRES®INJECT system.
- For use in water-bearing cracks under hydrostatic pressure, preliminary injection shall be made with CRES®INJECT system.

How to Use:
- Ensure that surface to be treated is sound and free from all oil, grease and other foreign matters. Cracks, potholes and honey combs are to be repaired with a suitable material from the ‘CRES’ range of repair mortars.
- Primer is always recommended prior to coating, as it not only seals the porous substrates but also acts as an adhesion promoter for further coatings. Allow the primer to dry before any further coats are applied.
